"The Carolina Collision Association Tool Grant made a real difference as I started my career in the collision repair industry. I have been in the industry for around three years now and as a young technician building a quality set of tools can be one of the biggest financial challenges, and this grant helped remove that obstacle. It allowed me to purchase essential equipment that I use every day, making me more productive and helping me grow my skills with confidence. Having my own tools has also shown me the value of being prepared and taking pride in my work. "Being a recipient of the CCA Tool Grant Scholarship has opened new opportunities for me and my career in the collision industry. To date I have been at my shop full time for over two years. Because of the tool grant I was able to purchase tools that allow me to complete customer vehicles in a timely matter.
