COVID-19 Resources

As we work through these testing times, work smart to protect yourselves, your coworkers and your customers. As a repair facility, some industry specific steps you should be taking is disinfecting each vehicle that you receive into your care and each vehicle that you deliver to a customer. Track the cost of materials and labor you use to perform this. Now is a great time to begin contacting those potential customers that may have vehicle fleets that the vehicles are always on the road and never have time to have their vehicle repaired.

As much as we all may dislike estimates written from photos, this may be a great service to offer your potential customers in a time where they may think twice about visiting a repair shop. Use your entrepreneurial qualities to give yourself an edge in order to keep vehicles flowing through your shop. Stay visible and active in all media outlets and let your shop be a beacon of hope and humanity in your community!

We cannot wait to come out on the other side of this thing and celebrate with you during our quarterly meetings, training classes and of course, the conference in February 2021!
