• Training Courses.  Our virtual and in-person training courses cover everything from creating an extraordinary customer experience,  to performing 100% disassembly, to repair planning and much more.
• Spartan 300 Performance Groups.  Collision Advice connects collision centers that are committed to safe and proper repairs with the purpose of improving process and financial performance.  The groups meet four times per year in-person with weekly coaching sessions to hold repairers accountable to reaching their goals.
• Financial Consulting.  Collision Advice consultants can assist repairs in everything from setting up their chart of accounts, to connecting their accounting and management system connections, to examining your financials to ensure maximum profitability.
• Onsite Consulting.  Our world-class team specializes in quickly identifying and working with repairers to correct industry problems, such as improving the parts procurement process, conducting estimate audits, implementing 100% disassembly, improving paint materials gross profit and much more.
